Shipping & Returns
We are offering Shipping and Pickup options at checkout. Pickup will be at our store located in the French Quarter. You will receive an email notification when your order has either been shipped or is ready for Pickup (depending on your choice at checkout). If you choose Pickup, your package will be inside the store with your name on it to pick up. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Didn't love your purchase? No worries, we're here to make your return process easy and quick!
We accept all online returns within 14 days of purchase for refunds (not including shipping fee). All items being returned must be unworn, with no signs of wear, and with original tags still attached.
In case of receiving products with shipping damage, please take a photo of the damaged product and the package. Email us at email@example.com to let us know of this unfortunate accident, and we will work on a solution together, whether you want a refund or for us to ship you another of the product.
We are not responsible for lost packages. However, feel free to reach out to us. We'll see if there is anything we can do to compensate.
Inside the package you received with your original order, there is a "Returns" page. Please fill it out completely and include it inside your return package. The return address will be listed on the “Returns” page included in your package. If you would prefer to drop it off at our store, you can come by during Pickup times: Wednesday's or Friday's from 11am-4pm at 1025 N Peters, New Orleans, LA 70016. Once we receive your return, we will then issue a refund for the product (shipping is nonrefundable).
If you have misplaced your Returns page or if one was not included in your original order package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a new copy.
