Shipping & Returns
We are offering a Shipping option which is shown at checkout. Pickups will be available Wednesday's, and Friday's at our French Market Store location. You will receive an email notification when your order has either been shipped or is ready for Pickup (depending on your choice of either at check out). If you choose Pickup, your package will be inside the store with your name on it to pick up. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Didn't love your purchase? No worries, we're here to make your return process easy and quick!
We accept all full-priced online returns within 14 days of purchase for exchanges only (not including shipping fee).
All items being returned must be unworn, with no signs of wear, and with original tags still attached.
Inside the package you received with your original order, there is a "Returns" page. Please fill out completely and include inside your return package. Please email us at email@example.com for us to give you the address to mail your return package to. If you would prefer to drop it off at the store, you can come by during Pickup times: Wednesday's, or Friday's 11am-4pm at 1025 N Peters, New Orleans, LA 70016. Once we receive your return, we will then issue a store credit under your name. If you have misplaced your Returns page, or if one was not included in your original order package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a new copy.
Using a Online Store Credit:
After receiving your return package, we will email you a special discount code to use on our website in the exact amount of your store credit. This will ensure that your store credit will be applied to your purchase at checkout.
