Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

We are offering Shipping and Pickup options at checkout. Pickup will be at our store located in the French Quarter. You will receive an email notification when your order has either been shipped or is ready for Pickup (depending on your choice at checkout). If you choose Pickup, your package will be inside the store with your name on it to pick up. If you have any questions, please email us at

Didn't love your purchase or want a different size? No worries, we're here to make the return and exchange process easy and quick!

We accept all online returns within 14 days of purchase for refunds or exchanges (refunds do not include the shipping fee). All items being returned must be unworn, with no signs of wear, and with original tags still attached. Return shipping will be charged.

If a return is received and deemed defective, your refund will be voided, and we will offer to return the item. In case of an exchange, and depending on the state of the returned item, we may ask for partial or full payment for the new item.

In case of receiving products with damage, please take a photo of the damaged product and the package. Email us at to let us know of this unfortunate accident, and we will work on a solution together.

We are not responsible for lost packages. However, feel free to reach out to us. We'll see if there is anything we can do to compensate.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

Submit a return request:

  1. Sign into your account by clicking this link.
    1. In the email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you would like to exchange, please add the request to the note.
  5. Click Request return. Once your return request is approved and requires shipping (Note: You will be charged for shipping.), you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund or the exchanged product requested.
